I had not read that original New Orleans post from back in the spring--wow. I was thrilled that you had a picture of Lafitte's blacksmith shop, one of our favorite gin mills, in your post. Do you remember which shop you went to? Was it Priestess Miriam on Rampart St?
We're headed down there in March, with stop in Memphis on the way, and then hopefully I'll be back during the summer to do some building with Habitat for Humanity. I can't wait.
