"ANYTHING IS HARD TO FIND"
Someone please explain to me how I can misplace a pair of shorts in a very tidy one bedroom apartment? I mean, they are gone.

THIS is exactly why I hate cleaning. Things get stashed away, and you can't find anything! ;)
I always "lose" things in the bottom of my suitcase after I get home. I am always too lazy to unpack completely. Or it is in the dirty laundry basket. I hope you find them!
If it's like our house, you'll end up finding it right in front of your face. It's the pits but it's usually the case!
I lost a whole pair of jeans over the summer. Explain that.
Were they soiled?
If so, I might have them.
