"THE STORY OF MY LIFE"

Hi everyone,

Just a brief note to thank everyone who has contributed to my fundraising efforts for St. Jude Children's Hospital as I prepare for the half-marathon on Dec. 6th in Memphis. And, I'd like to remind those of you who still would like to make a contribution in any amount that the deadline looms near for donations.

As many of you know, one of the very tiniest members in my family, Haley, two and a half, is undergoing chemotherapy at St. Jude's in Memphis. St. Jude's is a wonderful hospital that is providing her with top medical and emotional care during her illness, and is doing an excellent job of caring for the needs, questions and concerns of her parents as well, who, obviously, are worn thin by the experience. Because of generous donations, St. Jude's never refuses any sick child regardless of his/her family's ability to pay for costs associated with treatment, or level of insurance, so that's just another reason I'm happy to do all I can to support the organization.

I know times are tough and that there are many wonderful and worthy organizations in the world to support, but if you would consider making a donation to my fundraising efforts on behalf of Haley and St. Jude's, I would be forever grateful for your support in any amount.
