"FRANKLY, MR. SHANKLY, I'M NOT DOING A THING"

I have forbidden myself from doing anything today. I dragged my laptop into bed with me and a cup of coffee and I am still here. Workaholic that I am, this is, of coure, driving me crazy, but I am staying away from work-activities and just sort of jacking around on-line today and reading the cool magazine I bought last night at my reading, Ready Made. Oh man, do I like building stuff.

I didn't have nightmares last night, but did dream that I was a stagehand for a big musical in a roller rink, though nobody was roller skating. I pushed out lots of rigged furniture boxes that would break open to reveal furniture, that would break open and fly away to reveal people dressed as marigolds. (shrugs) Beats the shit out of me.

Just a quick little nag that my Amazon page is very affectionate and sure likes to be rated. You can totally do it without leaving your real name. (Hint, hint.) Here, I'll even give you the link. See? So simple. Such good karma. (Amy Guth, you are shameless!)

Fine. Fine. Go read my review, you Shameless Self Promoter, you.

What can I say? I finally took your advice.

Oh, snap! Ohh, SNAP!

Um, sorry. I don't know where that came from.

What I meant to say was, "Thank you, Leah. That's a very nice review. I appreciate you taking the time to write and I am am glad you enjoyed."

You took my advice? About what?

Does it involve a bread bag?

You know, about not being shy about pimpin' my projects...

...by putting them in a bread bad and mailing them to people. :)
