"VICAR IN A TUTU"
I don't know how to say this, so I'm just going to spit it out without any comment.
Just a bit ago, I saw a drag queen. With Down's Syndrome.

Ahhhhh. Amy in Wonderland! Welcome to New Orleans. Being a Louisiana girl I must tell you that the things you will see are just the norm for The Big Easy. Unforutnately. Always has and probably always will be a somewhat strange city. But everyone should see it once.
Keep your energy level up high. It will drive the VooDoo queens crazy and they will be talking about the tall stranger forever. Perhaps even make up a tale or two about you. That's what New Orleans is all about.
Hope the festival is a huge success. Is there a spell for that? Have a great time!
Mom
Oh yeah, guys, i forgot that little factoid. Ma Guth is from down here. Explains a lot right there, huh?
Wonderful.
Wow, did you know that Corky was at the hotel where my wedding party was being housed for a Down's Syndrome convention? That was pretty swell.
Sure. He's got transvestite trisomy 21.
FUCKING BRILLIANT. did (s)he by chance have an asian with down syndrome break dancing in chinos trailing closely behind and sporting a butter cream frosted sheet cake?
