"MIXED UP 9"
Okay. I had a few Danish butter cookies. I'm far better now. I wasn't so much angry in the last post as I was just dismayed. I use Craigslist often for all sorts of things and am frustrated and want an explanation. An email has been written, so we'll see what their official stance is on why you can't use the word "Jewish" in an ad without it getting flagged and removed. We'll see. I'll let you know when I know because I'm just as bewildered as the rest of you.
As for the hate-mail, well, that just beats the shit out of me. People hate instead of using their time wisely. That's all I know.
Thank you to everyone who commented and the "shy Jews" who emailed.
Now, not one to let The Man bring me down, it wouldn't be Saturday without another editon of "If It Could Only Still Be Socially Acceptable To Make A Mix Tape, This Is What I Would Put On One This Week" Saturday...

5. Close My Eyes/Matisyahu
6. Packt Like Sardines In A Crushed Tin Box/Radiohead

And there you have it. My week in song. I love the idea of me, not "street" or "gangsta" at all, singing "Got my hata blockaz on! Got my hata bockaz on! Uh! Uh! Uh! Got my hata blockaz on!" in reference to the previous post. Ha! Nice!

I have been listening to "Chicago" an awful lot lately too. Must be the same vibe that's tying our cycles together. ;) Beautiful song!
